Description

This Standard Motor Products EGR Valve will work with Mercedes E320s from the years 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. An EGR Valve, also known as an exhaust recirculation valve, reroutes combustion gases right back into the intake of your engine. The car's EGR Valve recycles a specific amount of exhaust together with your car's intake air, which cools the combustion process. If a vehicle's EGR Valve ever becomes stuck, it can cause NOX gasses to build up and cause the car to roughly idle. Mercedes E3's from model years '98, '99, '00, '01, '02, '03, '04 and '05 will work with this element.
